Day 1
- Gathering at a meeting point
- Transfer to Ehden
- Adventure activities: Hiking (Snowshoeing in winter season) in Ehden Nature reserve + Archery
- Lunch at restaurant
- Transfer to the Cedars in North Lebanon
- Visit Gibrane the Lebanese international writer and philosopher in his Museum in Bsharry hometown
- Visit and walk in the Cedars Park
- Dinner and accommodation at Ehden Country Club Resort
Day 2
- Breakfast at resort
- Transfer to Qadisha Valley, the Holly valley where the Maronite Patriarchs perpetuated their faith
- Easy Hiking and visit of troglodyte monasteries: St Elysee, Our Lady of Qannoubine
- Lunch at restaurant in the Qadisha Valley
- Transfer to Tripoli city capital of the North
- Visit its Old Souks impregnated by the Mamlouk Era: Mosques, hammams, caravanserail
- Do it yourself activity: try to shape your own soap at Khan es-Saboun traditional caravanserail
- Dinner and overnight at San Stephano hotel in el-Batroun
Day 3
- Breakfast at hotel
- Walk tour in Old part of el-Batroun and discover: the old fishermen harbor, the Phoenician wall, and taste the famous local lemonade
- Lunch at restaurant in el-Batroun
- Transfer to Enfe village. Visit the Paleolithic caves, the Phoenician and crusaders remains; learn about salt production at salt marshes
- Transfer back to Beirut
